Hycut® multifunctional oils

Usocore supplies the multifunctional Hycut® range as an integrated product concept.

The uniqueness of this concept is in that when a Hycut® oil leaks (seeps) into a Hycut® metal machining (tooling) or wax emulsion, the inleaking oil emulsifies in the emulsion and takes over the task of the emulsion.

This inleaking oil can be any pure Hycut® oil: for example, a hydraulic oil, slideway oil or grinding (abrasive) oil.

In this innovative concept, oils can be reused in other processes through which the mountain of waste is minimized and the use of different incompatible oils is avoided.

Hycut® oils are at any rate multifunctionally usable, both pure as well as in the form of an emulsion. Contamination of the emulsion by foreign oils is through this a thing of the past.

The Hycut® concept guarantees 100% compatibility between the different products and has been successfully used for many years now at leading metal (tooling) machining companies, including that of automobile manufacturers and the aviation industry.
