Technical white oils

The technical white oils of Usocore are based on fine base materials which have a high purity content. Through catalyst filtration and an in-depth purification process, our technical oils are in conformity with FDA 21 CFR 178.3620(b), the directive for incidental contact with foodstuffs.

The technical white oils are used 

• in the non-food processing industries as a carrier for pigment powders in the production of master batches.
• They are furthermore employed as a plasticizer in plastics and thermoplastic elastomers. On account of the pronounced ‘low-volatility’ properties, our technical white oils are pre-eminently suited for the production of polystyrene (PS), high impact polystyrene (HIPS), polyolefines, thermoplastic elastomers and various other polymers in order to control the plasticity of the end polymer product.
• These oils are also utilized as an internal or external lubricant in PS, PVC, PP, PE, TPE and many other technical polymer formulations.
